THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS

Agata Sklodowska was born in Poland. She studied at Highlands College in Jersey for her adult education Life Drawing Course, Impression, Expression and Abstract Painting Course and Graphic Design Course and Typography.

It was the completion of the Impression, Expression and Abstract Painting Course that inspired Agata to continue painting with the acrylic paints creating almost all of her artwork.

Agata does not follow any conventional form. Her style is intuitive. Her paintings are bold and all about colour, lines and contrast expressing people and images which are around her.
